If you are considering therapy, you do not need to write a detailed explanation of what is happening. A short message with your preferred appointment times and whether you would like to attend in person or online is enough to begin.

Planning an interview, event or workshop?
Media and press enquiries can be sent directly to the dedicated media address. Workshop and training enquiries can be sent through the main practice email.
A short message is enough.
There is no need to write your entire story in an email. Just include enough information to make arranging the next step straightforward.

A Brief Reason
You can mention what has brought you to therapy, but there is no need to provide personal detail before the first appointment.
Looking for a contributor, guest or speaker?
Allan is available for selected podcast interviews, radio discussion, mental health commentary, speaking and workshop enquiries.
For media enquiries, include the subject, format, organisation or programme, proposed date and any relevant deadline.
