Telephone appointments can also be used in some circumstances where video or in-person attendance is not practical.

Session Fee
Individual counselling and psychotherapy sessions are €60 for 50 minutes.
Cancellation Policy
48 hours’ notice is required when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. Late cancellations and missed appointments are charged at the full session fee.
Health Insurance
Some health insurance policies provide benefits towards counselling or psychotherapy. Coverage varies by provider and policy, so clients should check directly with their insurer.
What is discussed in therapy is confidential.
Sessions are conducted in accordance with professional ethical standards and applicable data protection requirements.
Confidentiality and its limits are explained at the beginning of therapy. There are circumstances in which information may need to be shared, including serious safety concerns, child protection concerns or where disclosure is legally required.
