After visiting a few counsellors/psychotherapists I was still at square one, when I found Allan I asked him on our first meeting could he just do the Shallow Hal whammy thing on me, because basically I was exhausted in every way with trying to fix the things locked in my head. I won’t go into the depth of how depressed i was so here is just a quick summery. I forgot what is was like to be happy.
