Quick Questions You Might Have
How many sessions will I need?
Everyone’s journey is different. Some clients find 6–8 sessions helpful, while others benefit from longer-term support. We’ll decide together based on your needs and goals.
Do you offer counselling online or in-person?
Yes, both in-person sessions in Kildare Town and online therapy sessions across the world.
Is therapy confidential?
Yes, all sessions are confidential. As an IACP-accredited therapist, strict ethical guidelines are followed. The only exceptions relate to serious safety concerns.
Not Sure If Therapy Is Right for You?
If you recognise yourself or someone you care about in any of the areas listed above, therapy can help. No issue is too small or too complex. You don’t need to have everything “figured out” before starting — taking the first step is often the most important one.
